Welcome to The Meditation Podcast!
The Meditation Podcast is a free podcast designed to help you benefit from meditation in your everyday life. It is produced by Jesse Stern and Jeane July-Stern.
Our podcast is unique because we use tones in the audio that actually affect the brain waves, inducing a deep state of relaxation, and a brain pattern similar to REM sleep. This has the potential to bring about profound healing. We have received emails from people all over the world who have suffered from strokes, emotional losses, trauma, anxiety and insomnia, all of whom have benefitted from our podcast. This style of meditation is non-denominational, and we believe it can be used in conjunction with – or separate from – any church, temple or any set of religious or spiritual beliefs.

A Podcast is like an audio book or magazine. The Meditation Podcast uses audio technology, called binaural beats, to slow the brainwaves, along with music and guided imagery, to produce a deep feeling of peaceful relaxation. The effect is similar to yoga, energy healing or a very restful sleep.
